Now that you have received Jesus in your heart, your Abba Father wants to continue to reveal His goodness to you. He wants you to live life with His power and victory so you may reign in this life as a king. As a believer in Christ, you have been sealed shut with all of the fullness of God within you and by you acknowledging the power of the Holy Spirit in you, it's like the the power of the Holy Spirit is activated or switched on. With the baptism in the Holy Spirit, you will receive that and much more.

The Bible says:

John indeed baptized with water but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit. - Acts 11:16

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me... - Acts 1:8

Prayer:

Father, thank you for crossing the path of my life with the truth of the baptism in the Holy Spirit. I believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit is an unmerited favor given to me so that your Grace can overflow in my life. Father, I acknowledge the power of the Holy Spirit within me and I receive. Thank you Father for giving me such an unmerited favor! Holy Spirit I’m all yours!

If you prayed that prayer, then you will never be the same again. Expect nothing but good things and the gifts of the Holy Spirit to be made manifest in your life. At this very moment, know that you are empowered with the power of the Holy Spirit and you are a witness of our Lord Jesus Christ.
